Diego Dugerdil is a partner at Grumbach Avocats.

He is a general practitioner. His expertise covers most areas of business law, including advice and dispute resolution in commercial matters, as well as economic criminal litigation.

Diego Dugerdil offers tailor-made services to Swiss and international clients. He works and communicates on a weekly basis in the following languages:
French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, German and Italian.

In all circumstances, he favors a close, personal relationship between client and lawyer, and cultivates a pragmatic approach geared towards implementing effective solutions.

His field of practice includes representing clients in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings before cantonal and federal authorities.
In addition, he sits on the board of directors of several Swiss SMEs, as well as on the committees of various Swiss and international associations.

Diego Dugerdil studied at the Universities of Geneva, Zurich and Basel, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree of Law (2013), a blingual Master’s degree in Business Law (2014) and a Certificate of Specialization in Legal Practice (2015).
He has shown a particular interest in international affairs, participating in the Student’s United Nations in Geneva as a delegate for two years, then as session chairman for three years. He then served as President of this organization for two years.

After working as a trainee lawyer and then as an associate specializing in tax law with a well-known law firm based in Geneva, he co-founded the law firm Dugerdil & Grumbach in September 2018, now Grumbach Avocats.
