Danièle Falter mainly focuses on litigation, contract and commercial law, white collar crime, and international judicial assistance in civil and criminal matters. She also assists clients in the fields of family and estate law.

After having spent eight years as an associate in a Geneva firm specializing in litigation, Danièle Falter has joined the law firm ZPG end of 1999. She became Partner in 2012. In 2013, she became a Partner of CMS von Erlach Poncet until Grumbach Avocats was created in November 2020.

In 2002, Danièle Falter interned at the law firm of Winston & Strawn in Chicago.

Danièle Falter is a Substitute Judge at the Geneva Court of Appeals.
